저게 전시를 생각 해서 지어진 구조래여.

공격하는 사람이 아래쪽에서 올라오고

방어가는 사람이 윗쪽에서 막는 구조잖아요.

벽이 오른쪽에 있는 이유가

대부분 병사들이 오른손 잡이인데

그러면 올라가는 사람 입장에선 오른손 (무기 쥔 손)을 잘 사용할 수 없는 구조고

방어하는 입장에서 오른손 잘 쓸수 있는 구조래여

계단이 좁은 이유는 많은 사람이 같이 못 올라 오게 할라고 그런거래여

Most  soldiers were right-handed. As they ascended the clockwise spiral  staircase, defenders had more space to wield their weapons with their  dominant hand, while attackers found their dominant arm (the right)  restricted by the central wall of the staircase.

This  design forced attackers, who were predominantly right-handed, to fight  in a more confined space with their attacking arm closer to the central  axis, significantly limiting their maneuverability and effectiveness.

Additionally,  the narrowness of the stairs restricted the number of attackers who  could ascend simultaneously, making it easier for a smaller group of  defenders to control and protect the area.
